Mooments (“we”, “our”, “us”) and Starbucks Coffee Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Starbucks”) jointly manage the Starbucks Corporate Rewards Dashboard powered by Mooments (“Dashboard”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By using the Dashboard, you acknowledge that Starbucks is the Data Controller and Mooments acts as its Data Processor.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to issue and manage eGift cards and corporate rewards, including: name, business email, contact details, transaction and redemption data, and technical identifiers such as IP address and device information. Mooments collects this data on behalf of Starbucks and its authorised clients using the Dashboard.

- To facilitate corporate reward issuances and redemptions.

Under the PDPA, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data held through the Dashboard by contacting Starbucks or Mooments. Deletion requests will be processed in coordination with Starbucks, which remains the Data Controller.

Mooments implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration. Starbucks oversees compliance and data governance. While both parties take reasonable precautions, no online system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in operations, regulatory requirements, or data practices. Starbucks and Mooments will notify relevant users through the Dashboard when material updates occur.
